In which I dish the dirt on DS5 (and use a lot of d-words)

So, you know, I'm now 20 and a half, a fact that makes me quite pleased. It means I only have six months left before I can go to Las Vegas and gamble. I told my co-worker that and she said "surely you jest?" (well, she didn't quite say that, it would have been remarkably odd if she did, considering the fact that we speak Norwegian to one another, but you get where I'm going), to which I remarked "I most certainly do not". Seriously, I've had plans of going to Vegas the moment I was old enough, plans I have been thinking about since I was 6 years old. So this is a long-standing commitment. I doubt I'll go to Vegas for my 21st birthday, but the mere idea that I am finally old enough is exhilarating! Yay! :D

Also, I can't help but note that I've got a load of new buddylist additions since the last time I checked, and it's downright impossible not to see that most of them (except for sprkid, who is no kind of scary stalker, even if he does talk about me all the time:p) have added me due to DS5. Which is pretty stupid, but ah well, the online community has never been one for brains. Which is in no way meant as an offense to anyone, except for the people who were meant to be offended. Want to hear the dirt? Want me to give you all the news?

Well, buckle up, kiddo; here it is. There are some people running the show. There are some people participating in the show. There are some people judging the show. There are e-mails being sent, about topics such as "a poll has been opened, please decide who you want to win immunity" and "this is the group that has won immunity", and occasionally we get a "wahey group, I am no longer pregnant!" e-mail, though that doesn't happen very often. And that's about it. And I realise that DS4 had some big drama going on, but I can't tell you anything about that, I came, I read, I voted. I got pissed when my fave contestant got voted off, but I can no longer remember who that was, so it wasn't a deep and true bond of eternal love, and I never told this contestant I was rooting for them either, so you know... Whatever.

I think my point is this; yay! DS5 is fun! Yay! It is not something I plan on talking about here! Yay! If you have buddied me (hehe, it sounds better when you say friended on livejournal, friendslist and all...) for this reason, feel free to unbuddy me, I will not bring any fascinating new insight into the game, except for on the art of how not to mention it at all, and I doubt that's what you're after.

Now back to my regularly scheduled non-updating scheme. See you when I see you!
